From the Brucciano parking lot follow the few steps that lead to the footpath for Croce di Sotto, here a mule track leads to the road that connects Molazzana with Piglionico. Follow that road upwards, passing through Croce di Sopra and the junction for Forcone, in order to reach Foce di Eglio.

At this junction, leave the paved road and follow the route descending to Eglio; pass nearby the little cemetery and a place named Carnescialle to quickly reach Eglio and then Sassi, where a country road leads to the top of a hill (728 m above the sea level) dominated by an old tower built in the valley, from where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the entire valley. To come back follow the same route or the paved road that in approximately 5 Km leads back to Brucciano.
