Villa Mansi is situated in Segromigno in Monte. The building was
given its current appearance by the architect Muzio Oddi, which
worked at Villa Mansi on commission of Felice Cenami (the owner)
between 1634 and 1635.
The villa, where we can see the strong influence of Mannerism, belonged
to the Mansi family (1675), which entrusted the architect Filippo
Juvarra to work out a plan of the garden: the Renaissance framework
of the park was transformed by the introduction of different views,
waterworks, fish pools and lanes. Noteworthy is the portico and
the hall with the canvases of Tofanelli.
